Once again you did some great sketchin'. I like the standing blond chick. I'm somehow drawn to that texture on the background. Very nice. Ooh, and the old guy with the purplish skin. Cool.

Holy sh*t!!! That blonde girl standing...she's the "bees knees", as the young folks would say. Amazing sketches.

Love these! Bike girl and hotpants girl, quite cute. Now you need a story to go with these people.

Awesome!! These are great! And you did these on a busy weekend? Wow! Ha ha. I'm lucky if I write my name on a busy weekend. Do you do these from your mind or people watching or photos??? Just curious because the bodies and movement of these are just wonderful.

oh Paige you flatterer,
thanks John, your site is wonderful also!
thanks alison
thanks kyra. yep it was a busy weekend allright, two weddings and 3 family functions and we had to get a hotel room downtown, I drew all the folks slightly hung over early sunday morning while everyone was still sleeping, sitting outside the Royal York Hotel [pictured] and sketched them as they walked by except for the 3 coloured girls which were from memory. The only one that is loosely based on a photo is the girl with the yellow jacket. Actress Melissa Mell.
